Breathtaking hikes, wonderful Christmas markets, a watch industry steeped in history and even once the home of dinosaurs: the Jura & Three-Lakes region delights young and old alike with its attractions and excursions. Even in the digital world!

Two languages, one region: this is the Jura & Three-Lakes. The region comprises the destinations of Canton Jura, Grand Chasseral, Biel-Lakeland and Neuchâtel, Lake Murten & Broye and Nord Vaudois. The entire region is part of the digital advertising campaigns that the Die Schwedin. team has been running together with Jura & Three-Lakes Marketing since 2023. The aim: to make the region's treasures known beyond the canton's borders. A perfect task for our multilingual Die Schwedin. team!

Kick-off workshop: Further development of the channels

The Jura & Three-Lakes region impresses with a diversity of landscapes, pristine nature, a rich history and a wealth of culinary traditions. This is a region that - proud of its past - also looks to the future which you can explore in many different ways.

The collaboration kicked off with a workshop to see how we could better integrate the social media presence into the overall strategy and think more in multi-channel terms. We focussed on content planning for the various channels in German and French as well as how to implement them together with the other association destinations. As Jura & Three-Lakes was already active on Facebook and Instagram, we made a number of specific development recommendations based on our analysis of previous social media activities.

Digital advertising: social media ad campaigns

Die Schwedin. has been advising the Jura & Three-Lakes team on the planning and implementing of advertising campaigns on social media since spring 2023. We continue to develop campaigns based on the set objectives, define appropriate advertising formats and produce material for the bilingual campaigns from existing videos and images. Summer campaign: We love slow travel

On horseback, by boat, by bike, e-bike or on foot: you can travel consciously and with pleasure through the Jura & Three-Lakes. That was the message of our 2023 summer campaign, in which we promoted excursions throughout Switzerland in the destinations of Biel-Lakeland, Neuchâtel, Canton Jura, Grand Chasseral and Lake Murten.

Autumn campaign: Jura Pass and Neuchâtel Tourist Card for adventure

In our autumn campaign to inspire the cantons of Jura and Neuchâtel we showcased the guest card  "Jura Pass" and the "Neuchâtel Tourist Card", which offer free, unlimited access to regional public transport and discounts on a wide range of activities,  when staying overnight in the cantons of Jura or Neuchâtel.

Winter campaign: Behind the scenes of Swiss watchmaking

As the birthplace of Swiss watchmaking, the Jura & Three Lakes region is home to some of the world's most prestigious watch brands. Our end-of-year campaign included launching a trilingual campaign to highlight guided tours and watchmaking workshops in Le Locle and Neuchâtel. The perfect Christmas gift for lovers of mechanics, innovation and luxury!
