Atupri customer magazine
Health insurer Atupri only offers its customers a first-class digital service, and relies on the impact of a print product in their customer communication. The goal: a diverse, informative - and simultaneously - relaxed magazine that inspires Atupri customers with exciting health topics ranging from sport and nutrition to mental health. The perfect project for us!
In 2023, Atupri approached us with the wish to give the customer magazine a complete overhaul: a new layout, new imagery, an exciting mix of topics and a variety of journalistic texts in German, French and Italian. We took on this task with great pleasure, expertise and passion!
Our services:
- Concept & edit: Plan, research and write articles about fitness, relaxation, nutrition, mental health, digitalization, research, insurance and more.
- Graphic design: Develop image concept, layout and illustrations.
- Photo & video shoots: Create exclusive magazine image material
- Translate & proofread: Coordinate and implement in German, French and Italian.
- Project coordination: Create the page proof, plan production and monitor deadlines.
The result: 32 pages with health tips for the cold season, exciting service offers for policyholders, portraits of dedicated Atupri employees and exclusive health insurer insights behind the scenes. Within Atupri, the magazine was praised as “probably the most substantial and varied issue in recent years”, and the fresh layout also met with positive reactions across the board.

Customer magazine “With all senses”
Our senses are masterpieces of nature and allow us to experience the world in all its facets. In this magazine, we take readers on a journey through our perception: we have explored the question: How do the senses shape our lives - even if one is suddenly missing? The magazine includes an interview with Beat Ottiger from Oberrieden, who has lost his sense of smell. It shows how smells, sounds and light influence our sleep. There is also information on check-ups and at what stage of life they are useful.
Customer magazine “Matters of the mind”
Our brain is a true masterpiece! In this edition, we took readers into the control center of our body. Our mother-daughter interview on ADHD is also a very special feature. There are also exciting insights into online psychotherapy and the new Atupri Intense supplementary insurance - with many varied offers from online yoga to a digital sleep lab.
Customer magazine “Health in the digital world”
In this issue, we explored the question of how digitalization is revolutionizing medicine. The centerpiece is a major interview with Professor Claus Beisbart on the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in medicine. A fascinating insight into the potential future role of AI in our healthcare system! There are also exciting insights into digital mindfulness, stress management techniques, different styles of yoga and much more.
Customer magazine “Strengthened for the winter”
The first magazine we produced was published at the beginning of October 2023 in German, French and Italian with a circulation of 112,959 copies. We focused on the beneficial things that help us get through the dark season:
