Terms & Conditions

The following provisions apply to the «Mix & Match» packages:

 

1. Individual service package

We stay in close contact with our customers to find out what services they really need. Our packages are designed in such a way that they remain flexible and can be expanded as required - for example, when new social media channels are added. 
 

2. Fixed hours for project management

Each service package includes fixed hours for project management. These cover administrative expenses such as meetings, phone calls and emails. If larger orders require more time for project management, this can be flexibly offset against the other hours in the service package.
 

3. Duration of contract 

The service package is booked for a minimum period of three months. Thereafter, a minimum contract term of one year with a notice period of three months is agreed. 
 

4. Flexible hourly account

Each service package contains a certain number of working hours. Unused hours can be accumulated and carried over to another month or the next quarter. Hours in excess of the monthly credit will be invoiced separately.
